Job Title:

Shuttle Driver

Location:  

13770 West 135th Street Olathe, KS 66062

Job Overview:

As a Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need safe and reliable transport to and from our shop. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers and our community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive guests to/from home or work in our branded shuttle provided during shop work hours. 
  • Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
  • Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests
  • Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
  • Keeps a timely shuttle route
  • Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles
  • Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
  • Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
  • Keep the facility clean and organized
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Meet required insurance driving record parameters
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday with split time
