A Day in the life of a Credit Union Teller:
Tellers at CFCU are an integral part of providing the exceptional member experience we strive for- our tellers are the face of CFCU! Tellers process deposits and withdrawals with cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments; answer account inquiry questions through our core operating system; ensure internal policies and procedures are met regarding transactions and the collection of negotiable instruments, the correct handling of cash and coin, and rules and regulations required to state and federal law. Tellers also help to build positive member relationships by educating members about the products and services that will benefit their financial well-being.
