Your Impact

As VP/Digital Payments, you’ll shape how members move money with confidence—advancing Digital Payments strategy that strengthens service, stewardship, and growth. You’ll lead a modern payments roadmap that elevates member experience, resilience, and compliance across Banking Operations and Digital Banking channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set strategy and governance for card programs, ACH/EFT, wires, digital banking business solutions, and deposit capture
- Drive automation, operational modernization, and measurable process improvement
- Oversee risk, fraud controls, regulatory compliance, vendor/fintech partnerships, and budgets
- Align cross-functionally with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in business/finance/technology/operations or related field (master’s preferred)
- 7+ years leadership in banking operations, payments, digital banking, or financial services
- Expertise in card operations, ACH/EFT, wires, commercial digital/treasury services, and payment technologies
- Able to work remotely from (AZ, CA, CO, ID, IL, KY, NC, TN, TX, or WI), Monday-Friday (flexible full-time hours)

A Typical Day

The VP/Digital Payments is responsible for providing strategic leadership, innovation, and operational oversight for AdelFi's Digital Payments division. This role oversees Credit/Debit Card Ops, ACH/EFT processing, Wire Services, Digital Banking Business Solutions, Corporate Deposit Capture, Remote Deposit Capture, and related digital payment technologies.
