Assistant Manager – Peterbrooke Chocolatier (San Marco - Jacksonville, FL)

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining Peterbrooke Chocolatier's high standards for quality and guest experience. This role helps supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth store operations while creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Monitor cash handling, register accuracy, and daily deposits.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Support the execution of seasonal displays and promotions.
Customer Service
  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers with gift selections, special orders, and event purchases.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote customer loyalty through personalized service.
Team Leadership
