As a Physical Therapist at Heal & Revive Chiro Clinic, you will work onsite in our outpatient office environment located in scenic Hampton, Virginia. Our office is equipped with modern therapy tools and treatment areas designed to foster teamwork and enhance patient experiences. • Direct and implement physical therapy interventions to prevent disabilities, relieve pain, and restore muscular function based on comprehensive treatment plans.
• Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring excellence in the execution of prescribed therapy programs and interventions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities utilizing established diagnostic techniques to create personalized therapy plans.
• Assess patients' home environments for rehabilitation potential, providing actionable recommendations to enhance independence.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including administering therapeutic exercises and utilizing modalities such as massage, traction, and physical agents.
• Evaluate and adjust orthotic and prosthetic solutions, recommending modifications to enhance patient comfort and functionality.
• Regularly document and report patient progress, noting any significant changes in their condition and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop holistic treatment strategies and contribute insights regarding patient care.
• Support patients and their families through education on physical therapy programs and the proper use of therapeutic equipment.
• Complete clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative individuals to those requiring long-term rehabilitation due to chronic conditions. Our patients come from various backgrounds, necessitating a tailored approach to therapy that considers their unique lifestyle and medical histories. This role is pivotal for helping clients regain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Must possess current and valid licensure for Physical Therapy in the state of Virginia.
• CPR certification and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance are mandatory.
• Demonstrated capacity to make sound clinical decisions and a commitment to pursuing clinical excellence and integrity.
• Creativity in problem-solving and a collaborative team spirit for patient-focused care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and medical team members.

• At least one year of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in acute or home care.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing rehabilitation services.
• Previous experience with interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care strategies.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead by example, promoting a positive team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
