Job Summary:
Ring is a company focused on reducing crime in neighborhoods through innovative products. They are seeking a Program Manager to facilitate Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing, utilizing AI-powered analytics tools to drive successful product launches and enhance user feedback processing.
Responsibilities:
• Drive simultaneous Alpha and Beta testing programs by deploying AI-driven test scenario generation and anomaly detection systems to identify edge cases across hardware, firmware, software, and mobile applications, while applying human judgment to prioritize critical issues and balance risk against launch timelines
• Collaborate with Product Management to gain deep product knowledge and leverage AI-powered content analysis tools to automatically generate targeted test scenarios and adaptive user feedback surveys, while exercising strategic thinking to ensure alignment with product vision and customer needs
• Strategically recruit and manage global test participants to ensure diverse representation across target markets and user personas
• Monitor and optimize worldwide tester engagement through AI-based predictive models that forecast participant churn, automatically trigger personalized re-engagement workflows, detect device connectivity issues, and surface participation anomalies, while using human judgment to interpret behavioral patterns and craft meaningful interventions
• Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to process survey results and user feedback at scale, automatically categorize sentiment, identify emerging themes, and flag critical issues in real-time, while applying human judgment to interpret nuanced insights, validate AI-generated patterns against qualitative context, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations that balance technical feasibility with customer impact
• Synthesize AI-generated trend reports with qualitative customer insights and cross-functional stakeholder input to develop comprehensive recommendations, using machine learning models to surface non-obvious correlations and predict feature impact, while exercising critical thinking to balance data-driven insights with strategic business context, organizational constraints, and long-term vision
• Coordinate seamlessly with worldwide stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, navigating complex organizational dynamics and building trusted relationships
• Maintain strict compliance with Amazon's Prototype Security protocols and Trade Compliance regulations, exercising human judgment on ambiguous compliance scenarios
• Monitor and assess competitive landscape, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends to advocate on behalf of the customer
• Partner strategically with worldwide shipping teams to establish clear delivery timelines, provide early tracking information, and maintain efficient communication channels, ensuring test products reach global participants by target in-hand dates for synchronized program launch
• Exercise critical thinking to resolve conflicts between AI recommendations and real-world constraints, making judgment calls that balance competing priorities across quality, timeline, and resource considerations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience working with or evaluating AI systems
Preferred:
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Experience in Alpha/Beta testing for both hardware and software products
