As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing effective treatment plans to prevent disability, alleviate pain, and restore muscle function.
• Conducting detailed evaluations of patients' physical capabilities through diagnostic and prognostic assessments of muscle, nerve, and joint functionality.
• Collaborating with physical therapy assistants to ensure the safe and effective delivery of treatment.
• Providing education to patients and family members regarding exercises, physical therapy devices, and overall rehabilitation processes.
• Monitoring patients' progress and modifying treatment plans based on their response to therapy.
• Documenting all treatment sessions comprehensively, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to ensure continuity of care.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss and refine the treatment strategies that best meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Washington.
• Current CPR certification.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence, quality care, and ethical conduct.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.

While we are open to candidates with various experience levels, preferred qualifications include:

• At least one year of practical experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or home care setting.
• Experience with a diverse patient base, emphasizing rehabilitation and pain management in clinical settings.
• Proficiency in understanding and adhering to federal and state regulatory requirements related to physical therapy practice.

Heal & Revive Chiro Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
