Job description

Crystal Springs in Assonet, MA is seeking a full-time Children's Program House Manager to join our dedicated team.

We provide competitive compensation ranging from $54,000 to $58,200 per year contingent upon experience and education. Furthermore, we extend a $3,000 sign-on bonus, distributed in two installments: $2,250 upon reaching the 90-day mark, and an additional $750 upon completing six months of service for select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more. Bonuses are prorated for regular schedules of less than 40 hours. Additionally, we offer exceptional benefits, including:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
  • High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred)

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Children's Program House Manager, you oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment that fosters students' physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being. You are a positive role model, guiding them in developing adaptive life skills. Your responsibilities include on-site management of the assigned residence, where you ensure quality assurance, conduct staff training and development sessions, and manage personnel scheduling. You report directly to the director of residential services, who provides supervision and ongoing training.
