We provide competitive compensation ranging from $54,000 to $58,200 per year, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments: $2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service. Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week. REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
  • High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred)

AN AVERAGE DAY
As a Children's Program House Manager, your role is to oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment that promotes the students' physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being. You serve as a positive role model, assisting them in developing adaptive life skills. Your duties involve on-site management of the assigned residence, ensuring quality assurance, conducting staff training and development sessions, and handling personnel scheduling. You report directly to the director of residential services, who provides supervision and ongoing training.
