About the Role:
Join SWEET DREAMS & FAIRY TALES as a Childcare Director, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and engaging environment for children. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care and education in a whimsical setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters creativity and learning.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong relationships.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and compliance with state regulations and licensing.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development.

Requirements:
