Job Description:
My Kids Childcare Inc. is seeking a caring, responsible, and motivated individual for an entry-level position working with children. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for early childhood development and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive supervision to ensure children's safety at all times
  • Assist with diapering and basic hygiene needs
  • Encourage children to eat meals and try new foods
  • Support positive interactions and prevent conflicts between children
  • Model appropriate behavior and social skills
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old OR a junior/senior currently enrolled in a high school Early Childhood Education (ECE) program
