SkillBridge Internship - Finance, Budget, Procurement, and Program Management Company OMNI Consulting Solutions Location: Remote Duration: 2 to 6 months Eligibility: U.S. Military Service Members transitioning within 60-180 days of separation About OMNI Consulting: OMNI Consulting is a leading provider of strategic financial and program management solutions, helping organizations optimize resources, streamline procurement processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Our team specializes in delivering innovative, data-driven strategies tailored to federal government and commercial clients across the Air Force, Space Force, FBI, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Defense Health Agency.

Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated transitioning service members to participate in our DoD SkillBridge program. SkillBridge participants will work alongside OMNI's corporate leadership team and gain hands-on, practical experience relating to Recruiting, Business Development, and Business Operations in the government contracting space. In practice, this may look like sourcing candidates to fill critical roles, crafting BD proposals to submit to the government to win new business, streamlining corporate processes and providing policy recommendations, working to develop marketing content, or assisting with the AI-centric Automation team.

Qualifications: • Active-duty service member within 2-6 months of separation, and eligible/approved for SkillBridge participation. • Bachelor's Degree • Secret Clearance (TS preferred) • Background in Finance or Acquisitions/Program Management • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams. • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
