This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to support our valued clients while maintaining flexibility in your personal life. However, you will be interacting with school-based teams and families, ensuring a collaborative approach to care delivery. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify developmental delays.
• Engage actively in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring each child receives appropriate interventions.
• Monitor progress and outcomes collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of each child.
• Provide tailored support to families, guiding them on strategies that promote healthy child development in natural environments.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services while maintaining the highest ethical standards in practice.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a conducive learning environment that emphasizes growth and healing.
• Design individualized treatment strategies grounded in evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles.
• Champion the coaching model by equipping families with invaluable insights, skills, and support to enhance their child's developmental journey.
• Regularly participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood intervention.

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers exhibiting developmental delays or disabilities. Your role is crucial in identifying their needs and collaborating with families to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and learning. By developing tailored interventions grounded in evidence-based methodologies, you will help improve developmental outcomes for these vulnerable populations.

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A current driver's license is required to facilitate potential site visits and family engagements.
• At least one year of relevant experience in early intervention with children, showcasing a passion for this critical field.
• Understanding and commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and early childhood education methodologies.
