Job description

K1 Investment Management is looking for a Private Equity Analyst to join their team in Manhattan Beach, CA, starting in Fall 2027. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for investment. You’ll be involved in evaluating new investments and working closely with executives and finance teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate new investments and identify key value creation levers
  • Meet with executives and advisors to represent K1
  • Build financial models and run analyses
  • Present potential investments to the Investment Committee
  • Collaborate with finance teams on budgets
  • Coordinate data collection and diligence sessions

  • Bachelor’s Degree – first generation college students are encouraged to apply
  • Strong academic performance, regardless of subject
