JOB SUMMARY
Our Food Service Supervisor (Sous Chef) leads our food servers who are a vital point of contact for our guests. This person can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Guest satisfaction, attention to detail, food safety and sanitation are the focus of this position. This person supports their Direct Report in overseeing the food and beverage functions for their designated food outlet.
