Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Oversee daily operations across US Branch
  • - Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure
  • - Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
  • - Manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency
  • - Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships
  • - Support major artist, production, and business initiatives
  • - Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters
Qualifications
  • - 10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience
  • - Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations
  • - Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • - Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred
