Semi-Monthly Exempt Employee

Job Description:

- Temporary role, exempt

- 9/8/26 - 12/31/26

- W2 on dentsu payroll only

- Must be US-based

Key responsibilities:
Identifies and shapes the appropriate service models and solutions according to client needs and expectations based on relevant dentsu capabilities and services

The interface between the market client leadership team and the market service line team, translating overall market client strategy into specific service line strategies for their client portfolio

Works in close collaboration with market Chief Client Officer and ICLs to understand overarching client strategy for the market and how this translates into the service line and integrated solutions strategy

Leadership of client specific account teams within the market who regularly engage with, and understand, the challenges and upcoming needs of their clients for the dentsu services

Leads and directs account team(s) to identify key client contacts at all levels and build strong relationships

Directs the development of strategic plans for each client within the portfolio in collaboration with client portfolio leads accountable for the same client across other service sets.

Proactively opens up and develops specific client cross sell and up sell opportunities

Liaising with service delivery leads to ensure delivery of the right solutions for clients, in line with revenue and profit plan

Collaborates with Chief Client Officer in necessary infrastructure projects necessary to accelerate client growth

Working in collaboration with the service line lead to build a clear picture of client relationships and the corresponding delivery portfolio.

The annual salary range for this position is $197,225 - $263,022. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
