Job description

At Trackforce, we are transforming physical security operations that are managed around the world. As the leading SaaS platform for physical security workforce management, we provide security companies and organizations with a streamlined solution to manage their guard forces, respond faster, operate more efficiently, and reduce costs - all while staying focused on safety and protection.
We support 4,600+ clients across more than 50 countries and are proud to be a growing team of 300+ professionals. With our headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and Centers of Excellence in Montreal, Quebec and Wroclaw, Poland, we collaborate across regions and time zones in a hybrid work environment that combines flexibility, connection, and meaningful impact.
At Trackforce, we operate in both hybrid and remote models, offering flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with WFH. This approach allows our teams to stay connected while maintaining autonomy and work-life balance. We are highly focused on delivering value to our customers, and our recent merger has strengthened our position as the market leader in security workforce management software.
Trackforce is seeking a visionary and technically accomplished Chief Architect to define and lead the architectural direction of our global SaaS platform. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will serve as the highest technical authority across all product and engineering value streams - shaping the long-term technology strategy, setting architecture standards, and ensuring that Trackforce's platform scales to meet the demands of a growing global enterprise client base.
In addition to your enterprise-wide architectural mandate, you will hold direct leadership responsibility for the Platform Team - a group of engineers, DevOps practitioners, and infrastructure specialists who build and maintain the foundational systems that all product teams depend on. You will lead this team with clarity, purpose, and a high standard of technical excellence, while simultaneously acting as the architectural north star for the broader engineering organization.
This is one of the most consequential technical roles at Trackforce. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution - partnering with senior leadership to align technology investments with business objectives, guiding delivery teams through complex architectural decisions, and building the platform foundation that will power Trackforce's next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a deeply experienced architect who leads with conviction, communicates with clarity, and knows how to turn technical vision into delivered reality.
Working at Trackforce
This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility so you can harmonize your personal life with meaningful, global work. Our teams are customer focused, collaborative, and empowered by innovation. Following our recent merger, Trackforce is now the true market leader in security workforce management software - and we're just getting started.
Benefits We Offer
• Fully remote & flexible work
• Open Time Off (OTO) policy
• Medical, dental & vision coverage
• Health Savings Account (HSA)
• Life, AD&D & disability insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Wellness & mental health support
• Travel assistance & global support
• Employee referral program
#LI-Remote
At Trackforce, we are committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and discrimination free workplace. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind and make employment decisions based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We proudly comply with local employment laws and are an equal opportunity employer in all locations where we operate.

These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
