Impact of the RoleThe Chief Architect directly influences the technical coherence and engineering integrity of the FORGE enterprise. This role ensures system level requirements, designs, and verification activities are aligned across IPTs, reducing integration risk and enabling consistient, mission ready technical baselines in support of Missile Warning operations.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as the definitive technical authority for enterprise engineering and system architecture
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplined engineering team across the program
- Drive and maintain system architecture, technical baselines, and system performance
- Support coordination of Missile Warning system-level requirements, design, V&V activities
- Act as a key stakeholder in major engineering reviews, readiness reviews, and configuration control boards
- In coordination with the SEIT Lead, ensure adherence to sound engineering processes across FORGE development, production, test, and sustainment Maintain technical oversight of FORGE IPT activities and ensure horizontal integration of best engineering practices
- Coordinate closely with the Government SEIT Lead to ensure consistent and aligned technical baselines

Qualifications - Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience supporting complex DoD or Missile Warning systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience serving as Chief Engineer, Chief Architect, or enterprise technical authority
- Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Active TS/SCI clearance
