A Team Member's primary role is to provide fast service and fresh food with friendly people executing flawlessly.
A team member at Chick-fil-A The Woodlands is to be a gatekeeper for the guest's experience by providing unreasonable hospitality. They work every day to care for our guests and the community. They are team players and help others win. Team members protect the team's culture and serve their fellow team members. They possess a productive sense of urgency that they carry into every task they are asked to complete.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
  • Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
  • Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
  • Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
  • Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
  • Able to lift 40-60 pounds on a consistent basis
