Seeking culinary talent who are passionate about their craft. We offer a JUNIOR Sous Chef Training Program to familiarize an up and coming cook for a potential management position. Our group has an excellent track record for advancing our cooks to become sous chefs and chefs. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a good understanding of food.



We change our menus often and use local produce, meat, fish and dairy. Fish, Roast, Garde Manger & Pasta stations are possibilities. Details about the program can be discussed in length during your first interview!

Candidates must have worked in an a la carte casual fine dining restaurant or be a recent culinary grad. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills while learning on the job. Must be able to carry up to 40lbs and stand/move for 6-8 hours per shift
