Are you a culinary maestro with a knack for orchestrating memorable dining experiences on a large scale? Join our dynamic team as a Sous Chef at our prestigious high-volume event venue! We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to help lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional cuisine for a variety of events and gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan, organize, and execute culinary operations for events ranging from weddings and galas to corporate functions and private parties.
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow, impeccable presentation, and timely delivery of food service.
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and flavor.
  • Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and food costing to meet client expectations while maximizing profitability.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels for upcoming events.
  • Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations and venue policies.
