Unleash Your Passion for Cheerleading and Help Shape the Next Generation of Athletes
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cheerleading Coach to join our Eaton High School Cheer program. As a coach, you will play a vital role in helping our student-athletes reach their full potential, both on and off the court. If you're passionate about Cheer and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young athletes, we want to hear from you!
Reports To: Athletic Director
Responsibilities:
-Design and implement training regimens that enhance cheerleading skills and physical conditioning.
-Develop and teach choreography for routines to be performed at games and competitions.
-Evaluate and assess athletes' progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement
-Ensure the safety of all cheerleading practices and performances in accordance with established guidelines.
-Cheerleading events, including tryouts, performances, and competitions.
-Foster a positive team culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship among the cheerleaders.
-Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration regarding team activities and expectations.
Qualifications:
-Experience as a Cheerleading participant or coach
-High School Diploma/GED
-CPR Certification
-CHSAA test and regulation
-Concussion Education
-Mental Health testing
-Mandatory Reporting
-Rules Clinic
-Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach, Athletic Director, and other stakeholders
About Our School:

As an Assistant Cheerleading Coach, you will be an integral part of our school community and play a key role in helping our students achieve their goals.
Salary: $3,880.00 + $30/year of experience
+$30/week reg season
