What is Ultimate Frisbee?

Ultimate Frisbee, often simply called Ultimate, is a fast-paced, non-contact team sport played with a flying disc (Frisbee). Ultimate Frisbee is accessible to all ages and skill levels, making it a popular choice for schools, clubs, and community groups.
