Our Live-In Youth Worker position is an entry level position perfect for anyone aspiring to gain experience in treatment and education of At Risk Youth. We offer a camping style atmosphere with plenty of wilderness and outdoor activities for youth and staff. If you are someone who enjoys being outside and staying active, we have a position for you. Multiple walking trails, wilderness hiking trails, athletic fields, weight rooms, basketball courts, and even an indoor rock climbing wall! We provide paid training, meals during your shift, and a great starting pay rate. Youth Worker staff stay in the same cabins as the Youth they supervise. The unique schedule allows our Youth Workers to work 7 days and then have 7 days off!

Duties include but are not limited to:

ยท Support a structured activity intensive atmosphere by facilitating a range of activities including, but no limited to: o Basketball o Volleyball o Softball o Soccer o Ultimate Frisbee o Weight Lifting o Multiple group bonding activities
ยท Ultimately, at the end of the year you will work for six months and have six months off.
ยท Provide a structured environment by holding students accountable to program expectations
ยท Model appropriate behaviors
ยท Work within the parameters of Outside In culture to build and maintain healthy relationships
ยท Participate in outdoor wilderness & experiential activities such as camping, hiking, & biking
