Concierge Team Member - Online Chat Support
Our Online Chat Support Team Members help create a great guest experience by assisting guests through Go High Level online chat, email, text, and phone calls. This role also supports the Concierge and Sales teams as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting guests through online chat, email, text, and phone calls
  • Answering guest questions about tickets, memberships, and experiences
  • Helping guests plan their visit to the park
  • Supporting the Sales Lead with guest communication tasks
  • Assisting with additional Concierge tasks when needed
  • Creating positive "WOW" moments for guests

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has strong communication and customer service skills
  • Is comfortable talking on the phone
  • Works well independently and stays organized
  • Is reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Learns new technology platforms quickly

Schedule:
  • Training will take place during weekday shifts alongside the Sales Lead.
  • Once trained, this position will primarily work weekends with weekday flexibility
  • Expected schedule is approximately 30-40 hours per week
