30% - Provide support to campus support staff when requested.
20% - Install, upgrade, image, and configure computer hardware and software.
20% - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
10% - Maintain accurate hardware inventory.
10% - Provide basic technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person.
5% - Create and update support tickets in ticket management system.
5% - Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.,The Student IT Support Technician position is responsible for working as a part of a team to provide technical support for end users at the University of Kansas - Lawrence Campus.
