Job description

Regional Channel Sales Manager

The Regional Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market influence, and strengthening Jabra's channel presence across the assigned territory. This role is intended for a high-caliber sales executive with 5+ years of success selling audio and video solutions within the partner community in this territory. You will need to have a deep command of the current partner landscape, and established executive-level relationships with key channel partners, resellers, AV integrators, and distributors. The ideal candidate has repeatedly outperformed expectations, built durable partner-driven growth, and translated market insight into decisive commercial results. We are seeking someone with the credibility, discipline, and urgency to raise the standard of performance across the region. The ideal candidate will live in the assigned territory of TX, MO, CO, LA, AR, KS, NM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Management:
    • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with high-value channel partners, resellers, and AV systems integrators across the territory, with a clear focus on influence, execution, and growth.
    • Partner with distribution to target high-growth potential partners and expand relationships with existing partner base
    • Ensure alignment of Jabra's goals with partner business plans, focusing on growth, training, and enablement.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a high-impact regional sales strategy designed to outperform revenue objectives, capture market share, and elevate Jabra's competitive position.
    • Oversee demand generation activities and pipeline growth through joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Training & Enablement:
    • Educate and certify channel partners on Jabra's partner programs, product portfolio, value proposition, and industry trends.
    • Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance partner performance and proficiency.
  • Market Development:
    • Identify market opportunities, competitive landscape insights, and trends within the audio and video space.
    • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align market opportunities, customer requirements, and channel priorities with Jabra's broader commercial strategy.
    • Partner with channel marketing to determine investment strategy and messaging for and to partners around Jabra strategic initiatives
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals.
    • Provide Jabra leadership with clear visibility into regional performance, key risks, growth opportunities, and strategic actions required to sustain momentum.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience working for a vendor/manufacturer in audio, video, or related technology industries, with significant experience in a channel sales role within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrated success leading channel growth strategies, converting relationships into revenue, and consistently delivering measurable business impact in competitive markets.
  • Must reside within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the current partner landscape, with established relationships that can create immediate traction and accelerate growth.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the territory and at industry events as needed
  • Highly collaborative, self-directed, and accountable, with the judgment and presence to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 base with an additional sales incentive compensation plan. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
