About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within the hyperscale and large-scale data center market. This role is focused on expanding market presence across white space, gray space, and black space infrastructure solutions, including modular and containerized data centers, power distribution, energy infrastructure, and grid resiliency technologies.

The ideal candidate will build and strengthen relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, EPC firms, consultants, utilities, and strategic partners while aligning innovative infrastructure solutions with evolving customer requirements in AI, cloud computing, sustainability, and high-density data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center customers.
  • Identify and develop opportunities related to:
    • Solid-State Transformers (SST)
    • Containerized Data Centers
    • Modular Data Center Solutions
    • Microgrid Infrastructure
    • Renewable Energy Integration
    • Backup Power Systems
    • Medium- and Low-Voltage Electrical Distribution
    • AI and High-Density Power Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, data center developers, EPC firms, consultants, utilities, and channel partners.
  • Position the organization as a strategic infrastructure partner across critical power, energy management, and digital infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, business units, and regional sales teams to align customer needs with solution offerings.
  • Support early-stage opportunity development through market analysis, account planning, customer engagement, and solution positioning.
  • Lead customer-facing activities including executive presentations, technical workshops, site visits, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies impacting data center infrastructure and energy systems.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new infrastructure and energy solutions.
  • Support commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and long-term customer agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully execute strategic customer initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data center power architecture
    • Critical power systems
    • Microgrids and renewable energy integration
    • UPS and backup power technologies
    • Medium- and low-voltage electrical systems
    • Modular and prefabricated infrastructure solutions
  • Understanding of AI/HPC infrastructure requirements and high-density power environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
  • Strong strategic planning, customer engagement, presentation, and negotiation skills.
