Apply now: Partner Business Development, Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Start date is ASAP for this 12-month contract (potential to extend to 24 months) position. Job Title: Partner Business Development Location-Type: Hybrid, San Francisco, CA (minimum 2 days onsite per week) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 12 months with potential to extend up to 24 months Compensation Range: $110/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role keeps the partner operations engine running by managing SI outreach, onboarding, deal registration triage, and CRM hygiene while leveraging AI-powered workflows to operate at high volume and efficiency. Job Summary •Run partner outreach and follow-up by reviewing and sending drafted outbound and follow-up sequences to systems integrators, making judgment calls on tone, timing, and escalation. •Own nuanced SI conversations covering partner program details, tiers, and incentives, and guide partners through onboarding and activation. •Triage deal registrations, maintain CRM hygiene, and prep data using AI-generated checklists and digests to keep the funnel clean and moving. •Serve as the point of continuity for a defined set of named partner contacts and hand off to the appropriate internal owner when conversations become strategic. •Help build and document partner playbooks by providing feedback on workflow improvements and capturing institutional knowledge as processes stabilize. Minimum Requirements: •BDR, SDR, or partner/channel experience, ideally working with systems integrators, resellers, or similar partners rather than only end-customer prospecting. •Comfort running AI-powered workflows, with the ability to evaluate when to trust generated output and when to rewrite. •Clear, professional written communication skills with the ability to adjust tone for varied partner audiences. •Organized and reliable with CRM and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce or a similar platform. •Strong judgment on escalations and exceptions, with the ability to ramp quickly and work independently in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Qualifications: •Direct experience inside a partner or channel program, including deal registration, partner tiers, incentives, or onboarding processes. •Hands-on experience with Salesforce specifically. •Experience documenting or improving a repeatable operational process or playbook. •Prior exposure to high-volume partner environments at large organizations.
