You will represent one of the leading brands in Commercial Security Products, fostering strategic collaborations and expanding the reach of Exacq and Kantech systems. How You Will Do It

  • Develop a strategy, roadmap, and financial metrics for the commercialization of Commercial Security products and services to achieve rapid growth and established margin goals.

  • Engage with commercial and technology communities across various sectors, fostering collaboration to create revenue opportunities.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of our technologies.

  • Provide leadership to promote a culture of innovation and customer-focused value proposition adoption.

  • Assess the market landscape continuously, identifying strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate commercialization.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $87,000- 136,000 (Salary to be determined by the education,experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignmentwith market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take intoaccount volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes acompetitive benefits package.
