Job description

About the Role
The Channel Manager - Digital Accessibility Services will be responsible for building and scaling a partner ecosystem for Vispero's digital accessibility services business in the United States. This is a foundational role focused on defining the partner approach, identifying the right partners to pursue, and establishing strong relationships that drive long-term growth.
Working in close partnership with the Global VP of Channels, this individual will help shape how Vispero engages with partners in this space, including who to target, how to position our value, and how to bring partners into the ecosystem. The role begins with a strong build phase, with clear expectations to transition into revenue generation through partners within the first six months.
This is a high-impact opportunity with a clear path to expanded responsibility and broader global scope as the partner ecosystem matures.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with the Global VP of Channels to define and execute the partner strategy for digital accessibility services in the US market, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. You will identify, prioritize, and define ideal partner profiles to guide outreach efforts.
You will build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, guiding them from initial engagement through onboarding and activation, while clearly articulating Vispero's value proposition and convincing targeted partners to engage and build with us. Establishing strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing partners will be critical to driving engagement and long-term success.
You will work closely with partners to define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and revenue opportunities. In collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure partners are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and support to succeed. You will also be responsible for activating partners to generate pipeline and revenue, with the expectation to begin contributing revenue within the first six months.
Additionally, you will track partner performance, pipeline, and engagement, providing regular updates and insights to leadership, and continuously refine the partner strategy based on results, feedback, and market dynamics.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in channel sales. You should have a proven ability to build or expand partner ecosystems, particularly in early-stage or growth-focused settings, and demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
You should be comfortable identifying, targeting, and converting partners into productive relationships, and possess excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. The ability to operate effectively in a build-focused, evolving environment is essential. Experience in digital accessibility, digital experience, or consulting services is a plus. A bachelor's degree is required.
Why Join Vispero
At Vispero, we are committed to transforming lives through assistive technology and digital accessibility. This role offers the opportunity to build a partner ecosystem from the ground up, shape strategy in a high-growth area, and directly impact our success in the market.
