What You'll Do As A Channel Marketing & Partner Growth Manager

Moxa Americas is seeking a highly motivated, strategic Channel Marketing & Partner Growth Manager to drive partner engagement, distributor marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth across North America. You'll serve as the primary marketing resource for Moxa's distributor network, partnering closely with channel sales, product marketing, and digital marketing teams to strengthen partner relationships, generate demand, and increase market awareness. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategic marketing recommendations, presenting to large audiences, managing events, analyzing performance data, and collaborating across departments to drive measurable results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that increase distributor engagement, demand generation, and revenue growth.

  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to distributor partners, recommending initiatives aligned to their business goals.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns - email, webinars, social, digital advertising, content, and partner communications - to generate awareness, leads, and revenue through channel partners.

  • Own ongoing partner communications, including monthly newsletters, channel webinars, and Quarterly Business Review presentations.

  • Create sales and marketing enablement materials that help partners effectively position and promote Moxa solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with distributor marketing and sales teams, and represent Moxa at partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Support planning and execution of partner conferences, roadshows, and distributor engagement events.

  • Measure and report on marketing program performance, translating data into actionable recommendations for partner engagement and business outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3 years in channel, partner, distributor, or alliance marketing.

  • Experience within a technology manufacturer, industrial technology company, distributor, VAR, systems integrator, or agency supporting multiple client accounts.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience presenting to customers, partners, or executive audiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on marketing performance.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to learn new platforms.

  • Ability to travel approximately 15-25% for partner meetings, trade shows, and events.

  • Preferred: Experience in industrial automation, networking, manufacturing, or B2B tech; managing channel partner programs and MDF initiatives; planning partner conferences; and familiarity with Marketo, PartnerZone, or webinar platforms.

Compensation Information

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, technical expertise, certifications, internal equity, and market considerations.

Total compensation target:  $115,000 - $150,000/annually (Base Bonus)

Base salary range: $103,500 - $135,000/annually
