Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recent wholesale account management/loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution. (Required)
  • Experience with state and federal compliance regulations
  • Experience in the reviewing income documentation and financial statements
  • Perform duties under minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail oriented, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Manages pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding)
  • Pre-underwriting loans
  • Act as liaison between sales and operations staff
  • Reviews loan conditions and documentation received from brokers
  • Follow up on funding conditions
  • Answers questions from brokers and their loan officers
  • Meet assigned monthly closing goals
  • Any additional projects/duties as assigned by Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
