Job description

Liaison Software Corporation is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Channel Account Manager to help expand our growing presence in the Microsoft Dynamics GP,SL, Business Central and Sage Software marketplace.

For over 30 years, Liaison has developed intelligent business automation and document delivery solutions. Liaison Messenger EDD® used by organizations throughout North America, Australia, and Europe. We are now expanding our next-generation Business Central product suite, including Liaison Central™, Liaison Contact Manager™, and Liaison Courier™.

This position focuses on building and supporting relationships with ERP resellers (VARs), partners, and prospective customers in the Microsoft Dynamics and Sage ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with ERP VARs and channel partners

  • Introduce and demonstrate Liaison products to prospective partners and clients

  • Reach out to our existing 1,500+ customer base to introduce new products and identify expansion opportunities

  • Conduct online demos, webinars, and product presentations

  • Represent Liaison at regional trade shows, partner conferences, and industry events

  • Follow up on inbound leads and partner opportunities

  • Coordinate marketing outreach and partner engagement activities

  • Assist with conference preparation and industry events

  • Work closely with leadership on sales strategy and product positioning

  • Help expand awareness of Liaison products in the Business Central marketplace

Ideal Background

  • Experience in ERP, accounting software, business applications, or SaaS sales

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, Sage, or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, accounting personnel, consultants, and software partners

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms

  • Willing and able to travel approximately 10–15% for regional trade shows and industry events
