We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to support and grow our Natural Channel business. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You’ll operate with a self-starter mindset—thinking and acting like an owner of your own business—taking full accountability for results, growth, and customer success. This role combines strong relationship management with data-driven decision making to expand distribution, optimize product mix, and drive profitable growth.


You will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive distribution, expand product lines, and ensure flawless execution, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs, category trends, and competitive dynamics. You take initiative without waiting for direction, bringing forward ideas, solutions, and opportunities that create value for both the customer and the business.


Success in this role requires a forward-thinking, highly organized individual who anticipates customer needs, identifies opportunities, and translates insights into actionable plans that strengthen partnerships and accelerate growth. You thrive in an ownership-driven environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to continuously move the business forward.


This role can be located in either our Vineland, NJ or Riverside, CA facilities.


How You'll Make an Impact
