Change management leads oversee business projects that require altering aspects of an organization. The changes may involve organizational structure, use of technology, job roles, or production cycles. As a change management lead, you assess the scope of the project and determine what areas of the business should be adjusted. Then you monitor each phase of the project, ensuring production moves on time and within budget. You also make sure the staff is properly trained on the changes.
