Role summary

The Change Management Analyst supports change activities across Future of Finance transformation workstreams, partnering with change leads, project teams, stakeholders, and impacted employees to improve readiness, adoption, and sustainment of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, a foundation in change management methods and tools, and the ability to turn strategy into clear deliverables, actionable insights, and coordinated execution.

Key responsibilities

Change planning and analysis

  • Support the development and maintenance of change management plans, deliverables, and milestones for transformation initiatives
  • Conduct and document impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change risk assessments to identify organizational impacts, dependencies, and opportunities

Stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Prepare stakeholder materials and track engagement actions, including feedback, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Draft and coordinate communication plans, messages, presentations, and other materials tailored to different impacted audiences

Readiness and adoption

  • Assist with readiness assessments, identify gaps, and track actions designed to improve preparedness across impacted groups
  • Support adoption planning and execution for new processes, systems, behaviors, and ways of working

Training and enablement

  • Help identify training needs and support the development of training plans, materials, job aids, and enablement resources aligned to change impacts
  • Coordinate training logistics, participation tracking, and follow-up activities to improve role clarity and readiness

Execution and measurement

  • Execute assigned change management activities and track progress against milestones, deliverables, and adoption goals
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting that use data, feedback, and performance indicators to measure change effectiveness and highlight emerging issues

Team contribution

  • Partner effectively with change leads, project teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to support delivery of quality change outcomes
  • Demonstrate collaboration, accountability, inclusion, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning in day-to-day work

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, organizational effectiveness, communications, training, or a related transformation support role
  • Foundational knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process
  • Experience supporting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness activities, communications, training, or adoption planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and adapt as business needs evolve
  • Comfort using data and feedback to identify trends, measure adoption, and support decision-making

Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
