Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership:

  2. Financial Oversight:

    • Manage the financial health of the team, including budgeting, investments, and revenue generation.
    • Oversee sponsorship deals, merchandising, and other revenue streams.
  3. Operational Management:

    • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team, including player acquisitions, coaching staff, and support personnel.
    • Ensure the team's facilities, including the stadium, training grounds, and offices, are maintained and upgraded as needed.
  4. Community Engagement:

    • Act as the public face of the team, engaging with fans, media, and the local community.
    • Promote community outreach programs and partnerships to enhance the team's presence and impact in Cleveland.
  5. Compliance and Governance:

    • Ensure the team adheres to all MLS regulations and standards.
    • Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate any issues that arise.
