Your New Role

To provide administrative support to the Chairman and CEO, Warner Bros. Television Group and US Networks.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Arranges Chairman & CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings with people at all levels, independently or as directed for both WBTVG & US Networks. Uses judgement, professionalism, and efficient use of appropriate questions to ensure schedule stays on track and productive.
  • Reviews and reconciles all incoming expenses and travel reports for accuracy and compliance with corporate policy. Reviews and secures approval for all travel requests. Prepares and submits T&E expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements with consistent planning and execution.
  • Answers telephones, screens and places calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Handles all logistics associated with internal and external meetings, appointments, and multi-location video conferences. Assists with AV and video conferencing needs; prepares materials and set‑up meeting rooms; setting up catering and making copies.
  • Manages contact/distribution lists, filing systems, office equipment/supplies and other duties within the Office of the Chairman and CEO. Provides assistance with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed.
  • Demonstrates an appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality in handling and managing correspondence and documents. Creates, formats, and edits correspondence with minimal direction.
  • Manages complex meeting scheduling across many senior executive attendees. Works with other assistants to navigate and resolve potential scheduling conflicts. Agile to changes and makes all necessary parties aware of changes as soon as possible.
  • Processes and requests visitor passes as needed (this includes requests in advance, day‑of requests, and last‑minute changes).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Work Experience
  • Must have least 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Television experience strongly preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Typing: 55 wpm.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of who’s who in the entertainment industry.
  • Must have good relations with personnel at all levels.
  • Must maintain current and accurate records/files and have general knowledge of standard filing.
Other Requirements
  • Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents or instruments.
  • Must be detailed‑oriented.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information.
  • Must be able to problem solve within scope of responsibility.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
