Salary: $150K to $200K
Our client, a well-established and growing healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This strategic leader will oversee all financial operations while partnering closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to executive management.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
  • Lead financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Manage banking relationships, audits, and external financial partnerships.
  • Partner with operational leaders to support growth initiatives, capital planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and financial system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
  • Prior experience in a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or similar senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
