Client: Memorial Hermann Health System
Title: Neuro Surgery Coder (Remote)
Up to 20% of the time
Salary: $65-80k base
Remote - Willingness to travel to main campus for meetings - periodically
Screening:
MUST HAVE CPC CERTIFICATION
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2YRS NEURO SURGERY CODING EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY AND PHYSIOLOGY REQUIRED
MUST LIVE IN ONE OF THE AUTHORIZED STATES: TEXAS, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, NEBRASKA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, TENNESSEE AND SOUTH CAROLINA
Must have:
Must have CPC certification.
Must have a minimum of 2yrs Neuro Surgery coding experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology required.
Must live in one of the authorized states: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina
Nice to have:
Certified in Neuro Surgery - CGSC (Certified General Surgery Coder)
Ability to communicate well with individuals of all levels
