Job description

This role is part of our ongoing bench program for upcoming client engagements. We are proactively identifying experienced consultants who can be deployed quickly as new projects are confirmed. While this position is not tied to an immediate start, it represents a strong opportunity to be considered for upcoming work aligned with your expertise and availability.
Please note that prior consulting experience is required, as this role will involve stepping into client environments with minimal ramp-up, working independently, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.
About the Role
We are building a network of experienced Oracle Cloud and Cerner professionals for upcoming consulting engagements supporting enterprise transformation and healthcare technology initiatives. This role is ideal for consultants who can quickly integrate into client environments, support system optimization efforts, and help align platform functionality with evolving operational or clinical workflows.
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud / Cerner Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, reporting, integration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM, and/or Oracle Health/Cerner environments. This role will work closely with business, HR, finance, supply chain, and clinical stakeholders to ensure systems are configured effectively and continue to support organizational goals and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management, and/or Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management
  • Support Oracle Health/Cerner environments including Cerner Millennium configuration, MPages development, and regulatory reporting support
  • Build and manage Oracle Cloud security configurations, roles, approval hierarchies, and data access controls
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Analytics Cloud
  • Execute configuration changes using Oracle Cloud sandbox and deployment processes
  • Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates including feature analysis, regression testing, and adoption planning
  • Manage integrations and data migration activities using HCM Data Loader, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, or related integration tools
  • Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable platform solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, user support requests, and system performance concerns
  • Maintain system documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, process flows, and training materials
  • Support implementation, enhancement, and post-production optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud applications and/or Cerner administration experience
  • Oracle Cloud certification (ERP, HCM, SCM, or related area) and/or Cerner system administration certification
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud or Cerner implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects
  • Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Cerner reporting tools
  • Understanding of enterprise business processes (finance, HR, procurement, supply chain) and/or healthcare clinical workflows
  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, and data migration activities
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Health Informatics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
