Job Description: We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell our surface refinishing services to residential and commercial clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Construction or mechanical background is beneficial, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct consultations and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
