Job description

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our team! Our current CEO will remain on the board as he assumes his position as CEO of our parent.

Buffalo Biodiesel is looking for an energetic and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for driving business development, overseeing financial health, and leading our senior management team. This role demands a passionate leader with a strong background in business management, strategic planning, and senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 10+ years of C-level leadership experience in the waste management industry.
  • Experience dealing with the DEC Part 360 and EPA including all regulations, standards, and operating procedures.
  • MBA degree required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate senior management teams to achieve operational excellence and meet key performance indicators.
  • Proven track record of expansion and turn around.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand on various departments including but not limited to Sales, Commercial Drivers, and Process teams nationwide.
  • Set up and increase marketing operational capacity and process.
  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships to expand market share.
  • Supervise company operations across all departments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $250,000 - $400,000/yr. depending on experience
  • Bonuses/Milestones as met may exceed salary
