Central Reservations refers to a centralized booking system used by hotels, resorts, or travel companies to manage and process reservations for multiple properties or services from a single location. This system allows customers to book rooms, services, or travel arrangements through a central point, such as a call center or online platform, rather than contacting each property individually. These systems are commonly used by hotel chains, car rental companies, and travel agencies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

How does the central reservations team typically collaborate with other departments in a hospitality organization?
