Within our community health clinic framework, we utilize a collaborative online platform that ensures seamless communication and care delivery. • Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients, tailoring interventions to meet their unique mental health needs.
• Utilize our cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) to document all client interactions and ensure compliance with insurance regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions that facilitate emotional healing, personal growth, and practical problem-solving.
• Implement treatment plans aimed at managing mental health conditions, trauma responses, and co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Regularly coordinate with other healthcare professionals to enhance continuity of care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Centene Academy, RTC, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults, providing a rich and rewarding environment for a dedicated counselor keen on making an impact in the community. You will play a crucial role in their recovery journeys by offering compassionate care tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Access to reliable technology including a laptop/desktop with internet capabilities and a web camera for telehealth sessions.
• Successful completion of a background check prior to employment.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual counseling technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
