As a remote position, our Licensed Professional Counselors work in a home office setting, providing the flexibility to create a work-life balance that meets your needs. Our operations team manages the business logistics, allowing you to focus solely on counseling and client care. You will be provided with a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system that enables efficient documentation and compliance with all insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare. We also prioritize your privacy and safety by maintaining a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for virtual sessions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions that promote mental health awareness and improve clients' coping strategies.
• Utilize the EHR system to document sessions, track client progress, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of clients' mental health needs, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective symptom management.
• Participate in regular trainings and professional development to stay current with trends in mental health counseling.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at long-term wellness.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions and documentation.

You will primarily engage with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Your role is crucial in empowering clients through support, education, and therapeutic intervention. Your ability to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance will be instrumental in their journey towards recovery and improved mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient with technology, including reliable internet, a functioning laptop/desktop with a web camera for telehealth sessions.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively, with flexibility to accommodate sessions during some evenings and weekends.
• Completion of a thorough background check to ensure a safe environment for clients.

• Experience delivering counseling services through telehealth platforms.
