Job Summary
Prepares, assembles and delivers meals accurately to residents in a caring, courteous manner. Develops positive relationships with other team members and functions competently in team environment. Responsible for food preparation according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Ensures completion of daily tasks according to established quality and service guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Require a minimum of two (2) years of experience in noncommercial food service management with the demonstrated ability to read and understand written instructions, recipes, labels, and special diet instructions, preferably in healthcare food service.
- Require successful completion of Association of Nutrition & Food Services Professionals exam with active CDM, CFPP Scope of Practice
certification.
- Require the ability to work weekend, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer demonstrated ability of mathematical and numerical skills.
- Prefer intermediate level computer proficiency with commonly used applications.
Mandatory Education
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
