) We are looking for a Assistant Dietary Manager to join our Dietary Team in maintaining smooth running of the kitchen & dining room. Join our active, fast-paced, and fun team! Make an impact to patient care!
Assistant Dietary Manager Expectations:
  • Responsible for supervision of the overall operation of our dietary service.
  • Oversee production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and safety for all food preparation.
  • Establish the dietary department policies and procedures of our resident's plan of care.
  • Assists the Dietary Manager in the development of the department budget and maintains costs.
  • Schedules department working hours, personnel work assignments, etc., to maintain quality patient care.
