A Brief Overview
This role will provide critical financial support to the Safelite Commercial & Customer Experience (CCX) consumer-facing functions. The position will focus heavily on P&L budgeting/forecasting, paid media planning/reporting and key Marketing business initiatives. The position will partner closely with the AVP Finance (CCX) and key business partners in Marketing and Advanced Analytics to identify key insights and actionable opportunities for the business. Will require advanced BI tool skills, experience working with large data sets, and development of new analytical tools/reports. The ideal candidate should also have strong written and oral communication skills, required to effectively influence cross-functional partners and prepare executive-level presentation materials as needed.
What you will do

  • P&L Management, including Budgeting, Forecasting.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of CCX initiatives, including paid media spend and media channel performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing to gather data and insights for analysis. Proactively identify opportunities & provide recommendations.
  • Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards


What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, accounting, or a related field. Required
  • 7-9 years Relevant experience Required
  • Experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting Required
  • Background in marketing or digital analytics role Preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to exercise business judgment and effectively communicate with management. (High proficiency)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. (High proficiency)
  • Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data. (High proficiency)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (High proficiency)
  • Familiarity with industry-leading tools such as BI Tools, Tableau, Cognos, Snowflake. (Medium proficiency)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. (High proficiency)
  • High level of curiosity and relationship oriented (High proficiency)

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235).
