About the program
Struction Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-OwnedSmall Business leading a team supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant MerlinGerman Wounded Warrior Call Center Outreach and Resource Support Services. Thisprogram supports wounded, ill, and injured Marines, Sailors attached orformerly attached to Marine units, veterans, and their family members throughcall center operations, outreach, resource referral, and non-medical casemanagement. Positions are contingent upon contract award and final customerapproval.
Position summary
The Customer Care Representative is the first point ofcontact for WWCC callers. CCRs answer incoming calls, conduct scheduledoutreach, support text/email/social media engagement, assess needs, provideresource guidance, and document actions in MCWIITS. CCRs must combine empathy,accuracy, and disciplined documentation.
Key responsibilities
โ€ข Answer incoming calls and conduct scheduledoutbound outreach to WIIs and family members.
โ€ข Conduct structured interviews and needsassessments to identify appropriate resources, benefits, referrals, andescalation needs.
โ€ข Monitor and respond to assigned communicationchannels, including phone, email, text, and social media support workflows asassigned.
โ€ข Document all contacts, attempts, actions,referrals, and follow-up needs in MCWIITS or other Government-authorizedsystems.
โ€ข Make at least three contact attempts atdifferent times of day when required by outreach protocols.
โ€ข Escalate sensitive, complex, or urgent mattersto NMCMs, FSRs, supervisors, or mandatory reporting authorities as directed.
โ€ข Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, andcontractor identification in every interaction.
Minimum qualifications
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent required.
โ€ข At least one year of call center, customerservice, intake, administrative support, veteran support, or similarexperience.
โ€ข Strong verbal communication, active listening,and written documentation skills.
โ€ข Ability to work rotating shifts includingevenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required.
โ€ข U.S. work authorization required; U.S.citizenship may be required for Government system access.
โ€ข Ability to complete background/securityprocessing and obtain/maintain CAC/MCEN access as required.
โ€ข Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA,information security, and program-specific training.
โ€ข Strong written documentation skills; allcontacts and actions must be accurately documented in Government systems suchas MCWIITS.
โ€ข Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism,mandatory reporting requirements, and respect for Marine Corps culture.
Preferred qualifications
โ€ข Knowledge of Marine Corps culture, veteranbenefits, military transition, family readiness, or community resources.
โ€ข Experience in Government, healthcare, benefits,crisis-adjacent support, or high-sensitivity customer service.
โ€ข Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce,Five9, NICE, Genesys, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or other CRM/contact centerplatforms.
