Guardian Veterinary Emergency, Orange County is an independently owned, full-service overnight/weekend & holiday 24/7 emergency care veterinary hospital in Middletown, New York. Our entire team is dedicated to providing the very best and most progressive care to all of our patients, and courteous service to our clients and primary care veterinary partners. We have immediate openings for all shifts for Client Care Representatives.

Guardian Veterinary Emergency is seeking Overnight Client Care Representatives (CCRs) for full-time positions. We are looking for all shifts as we will be opening 24 hours 7 days a week. CCRs provide the first and last impression of each client’s visit to our hospital. CCRs are responsible for providing excellent client care and communications, as well as clear and timely communications with the medical staff.

Qualifications include ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy; must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system, handling and processing cash and other forms of payment. Must be able to learn veterinary management software.

  • 1 year of administrative or customer service skills at minimum

  • Experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required
  • Will have the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
  • Must be willing to work overnights, one weekend day and some holidays
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Middletown, NY at GVE
  • Must have reliable transportation
