About the Opportunity

Our client is a healthcare technology consulting and managed services organization supporting a major healthcare system through a large-scale contact center and communications modernization initiative. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Genesys Cloud expertise to lead enterprise customer experience and CCaaS transformation projects.

This role will focus on the deployment and optimization of Genesys Cloud while partnering with healthcare stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Candidates with previous healthcare experience are highly preferred, as this position supports a large healthcare environment where contact center operations and communications technology play a critical role in patient access, customer experience, and organizational operations.

  • Large-scale telecom or contact center project experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Consulting experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams

Strongly Preferred

  • Previous employment with a healthcare provider, hospital system, healthcare consulting firm, healthcare MSP, or healthcare technology organization
  • Experience supporting healthcare contact center or patient access initiatives
  • Experience working within healthcare or hospital environments
  • Zoom Voice experience
  • Unified Communications experience
  • Telecom migration and modernization experience
  • Experience responding to or supporting RFP and RFI initiatives
  • PMP Certification

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Genesys Cloud deployment and modernization initiatives for healthcare clients. Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Partner with business leaders, operational stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation of customer experience and contact center technologies. Drive project governance, facilitate meetings, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues that could impact delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, executive status reports, meeting documentation, and client-facing deliverables. Monitor project progress, communicate key milestones, and ensure projects remain aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while helping drive successful adoption of modern CCaaS technologies and supporting broader healthcare technology transformation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly visible healthcare modernization effort and play a key role in transforming customer experience and contact center operations within a major health system environment.
